TO WHOM: Jewish (Hebrew) believers

PURPOSE: To present Jesus Christ as superior over all.

KEY VERSE: Hebrews 8:6

LIFE AND MINISTRY PRINCIPLE: Jesus is the mediator of a better covenant established on better promises.
